PRESTIGE CERTIFIED

The Prestige Standards Program is an evolving certification program designed to elevate and align a customer’s experience at International® truck dealerships across North America.

The standards span across several areas of the business and are built upon industry best practices and focus on capability and customer service. Dealer locations that achieve the standard requirements set forth by the program are awarded the title of being a Prestige Certified location for that year.

How it works

Dealer Pledge
Dealers "pledge" their locations meet or exceed the standard set forth by the program.

On-site Verification
Pledged locations are subject to on-site verification by an International representative.

Certification
Dealer locations that meet all the standard requirements set forth by the program are then awarded the title of Prestige Certification for that program year.
