Misty has been instrumental in the growth of the Norwalk Service department at Hill International Trucks. She has made remarkable progress in learning about the service industry and truck maintenance, and her excitement and positivity are truly contagious. We had a customer who had previously dealt with other Hill locations and decided to do more business with us. He is now a loyal customer and gave us a glowing review, specifically mentioning Misty as one of the main reasons for his satisfaction.

During my absence, Misty effectively managed the department, ensuring that the technicians remained productive and repair orders were completed. She has introduced a level of professionalism and organizational skills that were previously lacking. With a young and inexperienced tech base, I was struggling to keep things moving forward, but Misty has significantly alleviated this burden.

Tammy is the most detailed and organized person I have ever worked with. In my six years at Hoglund Bus Company, having worked with over eight other service advisors and being an advisor myself, she stands out remarkably. Tammy is always two steps ahead, ensuring the techs are busy and the shop runs smoothly, regardless of the workload or unexpected challenges. Her experience in the field is impressive, and she can single-handedly manage the shop with little to no issues.

Our office area is shared, and most conversations are on speakerphone. You can hear the smiles in people's voices when they realize they are talking to Tammy. One of her most admirable qualities is her ability to actively listen and respond to customers, whether the conversation is work-related or personal. This skill makes customers feel valued and keeps them coming back.

Tammy takes being a service advisor to a whole new level. She handles the department so well that almost nothing needs to be escalated. Her ability to resolve conflicts and issues speaks volumes about her responsibility and trustworthiness. Tammy is someone I would trust with my life. She takes responsibility for mistakes, regardless of fault, to learn and move forward. She is genuine, honest, and the epitome of a team player.

Tammy is the employee who will come in early or stay late to ensure tasks are completed. She is the voice of encouragement in our shop, keeping the mood light and making everyone feel their best. No matter the job, she pushes and joins in to ensure it is done correctly. Tammy is one of the hardest-working, most dependable, honest, and helpful people I have ever worked with. She is an incredible asset to our team and has significantly improved the culture and communication in our service department in under two years.
