Service Advisor

Sabrina came to Le Centre Camion Amiante to do an internship. She came from a background in automotive mechanics but wanted to work in the truck industry. Without any experience in trucks, she adapted quickly and enthusiastically to the team in place during her on-the-job training. She stood out for her willingness to learn, her positive attitude, and her attention to detail in the accomplishment of her tasks. After 1 year as a technician, she applied as a service advisor.

Sabrina continues to develop her knowledge and experience as a service advisor. She is resourceful, versatile, and persevering. She also relies on the expertise of her co-workers by referring to their knowledge and experience to help her improve and make decisions. She is available to perform any task, always with the aim of helping the team.

As a newcomer as a service advisor at the service desk after only 1 year in the company, she interacts cordially with customers to give them confidence. She asks questions and learns about the repair process to meet their expectations and concerns. She knows how to establish the best possible communication (by phone, email, or in person) to ensure their satisfaction and she ensures that the truck is returned to the customer as quickly as possible. As a technical advisor, Sabrina is involved in the repair of the truck. She ensures the availability of parts before the repairs, carries out the write-up with the customers upon arrival, ensures that the technician has all the information he needs before starting, and communicates with the customer until invoicing to explain the invoice details. Sabrina's optimistic attitude and dynamism in the service office are a huge advantage in creating a positive and motivating atmosphere. She is committed to her work and focuses on customer satisfaction, promoting a pleasant and collaborative work environment.

We are more than happy to have her as part of the team and can't wait to see how quickly she will grow with us!

International Service Advisor of Excellence

Service Advisor

Krystyn has been a huge asset to West Michigan International. Despite starting with no experience in this industry, she maintained a positive attitude and a teachable spirit. She has come a long way in her position, demonstrating extreme accuracy and efficiency. She has the perfect balance of customer service and support for the shop.  She sticks closely to the process to make sure customers have the best experience and she is careful to explain the repair plan with technicians.

When International introduces new technology or systems, she is the first to learn and apply them. She played a key role in our first service pilot with International, developing a proactive approach to scheduling jobs. Throughout this pilot, she managed her regular work while collaborating with International, and now she is helping to roll out Digital Dealer to all International dealers. Krystyn provided crucial feedback for the program's development and continued testing while using existing systems, effectively doing double work without complaint. She remains positive, happy, and ready to help.

Her communication skills, both internally and with customers, are impeccable. She consistently receives great feedback, particularly in Google reviews and Daniel Group surveys, where her excellent performance is often highlighted. Krystyn is quick to assist in keeping operations smooth, even cleaning DPFs and learning from technicians to better assist customers. During slower periods, she proactively calls customers to schedule service work. She deeply cares for her co-workers and customers, ensuring timely completion of jobs and offering help when technicians fall behind. Her dedication and love for her work are evident in everything she does.
